Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services:

Coaching: The coaching services provided are intended to support your personal or professional development goals.
Limitations: The coach does not provide legal, medical, or financial advice.

2. Confidentiality:

Privacy: All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated with confidentiality.
Exceptions: The coach may be required to disclose information by law or in cases where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Notice: Clients must provide 72 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Fees: Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a fee of 10% for the missed session.

4. Payment:

Method: Payment for coaching services will be made via bank transfer (talent bridge consultancy).
Fees: Fees will be £60.00 per session.

5. Intellectual Property:

Ownership: Any materials created during coaching sessions, including notes or recordings, remain the property of the coach.
Use: Clients may use these materials for their personal or professional development purposes.

6. Termination:

Mutual Agreement: Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing 72 hours' notice.
Cause: The coach may terminate the relationship immediately if the client engages in harmful or disruptive behavior.

7. Entire Agreement:

Completeness: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written

Return and Refund Policy

General Policy:

No Refunds: Due to the personalised nature of coaching services, refunds for pre-paid coaching calls are generally not provided once the coaching has begun.
Exceptions: In exceptional circumstances, such as a breach of contract by the coach or a medical emergency that prevents the client from participating, a refund may be considered.

Specific Conditions:

Cancellation Prior to Coaching: If a client cancels a pre-paid coaching package before any sessions have taken place, a full refund may be issued 72 hours notice must be given.
Missed Sessions: Missed sessions due to the client may not be rescheduled or refunded. However, if the coach is unable to attend a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the session may be rescheduled or a refund provided.
Dissatisfaction with Services: While we strive to provide high-quality coaching services, if a client is dissatisfied with the coaching, they should communicate their concerns to the coach promptly. Every effort will be made to address the client's concerns, but a refund may not be granted.

Requesting a Refund:

Written Request: Any refund request must be made in writing and submitted to the coach within 14 days of the event that led to the request. All requests must be sent to tina@talentbridge-consultancy.co.uk
Documentation: The client may be required to provide documentation to support their refund request, such as a medical certificate or evidence of a breach of contract.
